WESTBURY PARK NEIGHBORHOODCURB & GUTTER IMPROVEMENTS ABC Water & Stormwater District Sealed bids for the above-mentioned project will be received by ABC Water & Stormwater District until 2 PM on March 10, 2026 at the Boardman Township Administration Building, 8299 Market Street Boardman, OH 44512. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter. Plans, specifications and bidding forms can be obtained only from Thomas Fok & Associates, Inc. at 3896 Mahoning Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, (330) 799-1501, for a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) plus postage and handling, if applicable, for each set of contract documents and drawings. Checks are to be made payable to Thomas Fok & Associates, Inc. Project includes removal and replacement of 1,337' of existing concrete curb and gutter within the Westbury Park Neighborhood.
