LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS The BOARD OF VINTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS will accept sealed bids at their office or by mail to VINTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, VINTON COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE 100 E. MAIN STREET, McARTHUR, OHIO 45651, until 11:00 a.m., Prevailing Local Time on March 10, 2026, and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids will be considered valid until 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected for the following: For furnishing all design, labor, material, and equipment for VIN-C.R. 24-03.30 VINTON STATION BRIDGE REPLACEMENT. Said bids shall be a lump sum and shall be in writing on proposal blanks furnished by the VINTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. The Engineer's Estimate of Construction Cost for this project is $713,820.00. The minimum wage to be paid any and all classes of labor employed on this contract shall conform to the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements as determined by the Department of Indu
