LEGAL NOTICE The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board (317 Board) serving Athens, Hocking and Vinton Counties will hold a Records Commission meeting to review the proposed disposal of records according to the 317 Board Public Records Retention Schedule. The Commission will meet at the 317 Board office, 7990 Dairy Lane, Athens, February 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The 317 Board serves as the local mental health, alcohol and drug addiction treatment authority for Athens, Hocking and Vinton Counties, creating a Network of Care for people who need publicly funded prevention and treatment of mental illness and/or alcohol and drug addiction. The Board annually contracts with local agencies to provide a comprehensive array of mental health and alcohol and drug addiction services. 317 Board meetings are open to the public.
