Said property will be available for public viewing at 563 Rose Ave. (Water Plant, next to the water tower) Sabina, Ohio 45169 on February 13 & 14, 2026 between the hours of 10:00am and 1:00pm. Owners may claim the property upon providing satisfactory proof of ownership. Property not claimed within the statutory period will be disposed of as permitted by law.
