Carpenter, Deceased, as a Defendant by filing her Complaint to Sell  Real estate on January 27, 2026. The object of the Complaint is to sell the real property located at  79 Fairland Avenue, City of Wilmington, Clinton County, Ohio,  with the proceeds of the same subject to further Order of the  Court, and for such other relief as may be proper. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight  (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be  published once (l) each week for six (6) consecutive weeks.
