THE PROBATE DIVISION, COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO MARY MOYER, Administrator of the Estate of Bonnie Lynn Carpenter, deceased Plaintiff Case No. 20264003 vs. Legal Notice of Complaint Filed UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JACK S. CARPENTER, DECEASED, et al Defendants TO: Unknown Heirs of Jack S. Carpenter, Deceased Plaintiff, Mary Moyer, Administrator of the Estate of Bonnie Lynn Carpenter, deceased, has brought a civil action in the above-named Court naming the Unknown Heirs of Jack S. Carpenter, Deceased, as a Defendant by filing her Complaint to Sell Real estate on January 27, 2026. The object of the Complaint is to sell the real property located at 79 Fairland Avenue, City of Wilmington, Clinton County, Ohio, with the proceeds of the same subject to further Order of the Court, and for such other relief as may be proper. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once (l) each week for six (6) consecutive weeks. The address of the Clinton County Probate Court is 46 S. South Street, Suite 224, Wilmington, Ohio 45177. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
