Sealed bids for High School Library Renovation due by March 10, 2026.

Public Notice  Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the  Greeneview Local School District as provided in this notice for  the High School Library Renovation Project. Questions may be  directed to Jenny Gallow, SHP, at jgallow@shp.com and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are available for purchase from Key Blue Prints,  Inc., 411 Elliott Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45215, 513-821-2111,  www.keycompanies.com.  Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to  Board of Education of the Greeneview Local School District,  ATTN Sabrina Woodruff, Superintendent, at 4 South Charleston Road, Jamestown, Ohio 45335, and plainly marked on the  outside "High School Library Renovation Project Bid."  Bids will  be received until 2:00 p.m., local time March 10, 2026 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the District office located at 4 South Charleston Road, Jamestown, Ohio 45335.  A pre-bid conference will be held on February 25, 2026 at 3:00  p.m. at the Greeneview High School located at 4710 Cottonville  Road, Jamestown, Ohio 45335. All bids must include a Bid  Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing  wage rates do not apply.  No bidder may withdraw its bid within  60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive  irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
