LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the City Of Athens, Ohio, passed on the 8th day of December, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2026 the question of imposing a school district income tax: Shall the Ordinance (0-137-25) providing for a 0.2 percent levy increase on income for providing funds for safety services (police and fire departments), general municipal operations, street improvements, capital improvements and transportation be passed?
