Ordinance No. 9341 Passed March 2, 2026 Tabled until 3-2-26 Public Hearing Scheduled March 2, 2026 Time 6:30pm ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN FOR APPROXIMATELY 5.8 ACRES AT 1168 NORTH MAIN STREET, PARCEL NUMBERS B07-511-180000008002 AND B07-511-180000008003, FROM C COMMERCIAL TO IE INNOVATION & EMPLOYMENT ZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO: SECTION 1: That the zoning district map of the City of Bowling Green is hereby amended with respect to approximately 5.8 acres at 1168 North Main Street, parcel numbers B07-511-180000008002 and B07-51-180000008003, from C Commercial to IE Innovation & Employment zoning. SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
