PUBLIC NOTICE The following legislation was passed at a regular meeting of the Galion City Council on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. The following is a summary of the legislation, being published in compliance with ORC 731.21. Ordinance No. 2026-6 An Ordinance authorizing the Safety Service Director to enter into a City of Galion Job Creation Tax Credit Agreement with EA Legacy Holdings / Flick Packaging Co. and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2026-7 An Ordinance authorizing the Safety-Service Director to advertise pursuant to appropriate law for bids for the cash rent farming of city owned property located at the Galion Municipal Airport to enter into a contract for same and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2026-8 An Ordinance authorizing the Safety-Service Director to contract for internet auction services to dispose of unneeded personal property owned by the City of Galion and declaring an emergency.
