NOTICE OF ELECTIONNotice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Steubenville City, Ohio, passed on the day of, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2026 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation: ISSUE 3 Proposed Income Tax (Renewal) Steubenville City A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. Shall the Ordinance providing the continuation of an existing three-tenths of one percent (0.3%) levy on income of which eighty-five percent (85%) is to be used for the payment of salaries of municipal employees and fifteen percent (15%) for the improvement of streets within the City of Steubenville, for a period of 5 years be passed?
