ORDINANCE NO. 2026-53 An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract, without competitive bidding, with Brimfield Township for the sale of a 2000 E-One fire engine in the amount of $30,000.00 and declaring an emergency in order to effectuate the sale.
