Notice of Intent to Declare Oil and Gas Lease Forfeited (Pursuant to Ohio Rev. Code § 5301.332) This Notice of Forfeiture under Ohio Rev. Code § 5301.332 is hereby given to the Lynn Oil & Gas Company (the "Lessee"), and its successors and/or assigns, withregard to that certain Oil and Gas Lease dated October 21, 1963, and recorded in Volume 54, Page 68, of the Lease Records of Fairfield County, Ohio (the "Lease"). DESCRIPTION OF THE LAND COVERED BY THE LEASE All that certain tract of land situated in the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township of Walnut, County of Fairfield, and State of Ohio, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: On the North by lands of R. Vanarsdalen and C. Ballmer, On the East by lands of E. Soliday, On the South by lands of State Route # 256, On the West by lands of Community Improvement Corp. of Baltimore Area, containing 66 acres, more or less. CAUSE OF FORFEITURE The Lease has expired pursuant to its own terms because (i) the ten (10) year primary term has lapsed, (ii) operations for oil and/or gas are not being conducted on the leased premises, (iii) Lessee has failed to produce oil and/or gas in paying quantities, and (iv) no royalties or delay rentals have been paid under the Lease. INTENT OF THE LESSOR Please be advised that Stick Bundlers LLC., the current Lessor under the Lease described above, intends to file for record an Affidavit of Forfeiture with the Fairfield County Recorder if Lessee, or their successors and/or assigns, do not have the Lease released of record within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication.
