NOTICE OF MERGER Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for consent to merge Key Opportunity Zone Fund I, Inc., 127 Public Square, Cleveland, Ohio 44114, into KeyBank National Association, 127 Public Square, Cleveland, Ohio 44114. This notice is published pursuant to 12 U.S.C. 1828(c) and 12 C.F.R. Part 303. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at the appropriate FDIC office, 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60606, not later than April 20, 2026. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
