LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR BOND RELEASE PERMIT NUMBER D-1079 MINING YEAR 23 DATE ISSUED: 6/29/1994 Penn Ohio Coal Co. dba Kimble Clay & Limestone, 3596 State Route 39 NW, Dover, OH 44622 is requesting the following bond releases: Year 23, Phase 1 bond re-lease for 9.9 acres affected by coal mine and reclamation permit D-1079, located in Lots 12 & 17, Sugarcreek Twp., Tuscarawas Co. Backfilling and Grading was completed in April 2018, in accordance with the approved reclamation plan. $24,750.00 bond is on deposit, of which $12,375.00 is sought to be released. Written objections, com-ments, or requests for a bond release conference may be submitted to the Chief of the Division of Mineral Resources Management, 2045 Morse Road, Bldg H-2, Columbus, Ohio 43229, Attn: Bonding Section, in accordance with paragraph (F)(6) of Revised Code Section 1513.16. Written objections or requests for bond release conferences must be filed with the Chief within 30 days after the last date of this publication.
