PUBLIC NOTICE The Highland Soil & Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors would like to inform the public that the District has completed the required Cash Basis Annual Financial Report for the year of 2025 in compliance with the Auditor of the State. The Financial Report is available for public inspection at the office of the Highland Soil & Water Conservation District located at 514 Harry Sauner Road, Suite 2 in Hillsboro, Ohio.
