Franklin Cemetery Lot Owners Meeting Franklin Cemetery Association will hold an Annual Lot Owners Meeting on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 10:00 am at Weller Township Building, 3517 St. Rt. 545, Mansfield, OH 44903. Lot owners are invited to attend the meeting. Any suggestions from a lot owner regarding the operations of the cemetery should be received in writing and given to the board for their consideration. Suggestions can be mailed to Franklin Cemetery Association, c/o Jennifer Blackledge, 196 Mapledale Ave., Mansfield, OH 44903. A notice has been posted at the cemetery at all entrances.
