MAIDEN LANE EDUCARE:

Pursuant to the provisions of Ohio Revised Code § 1702.48, notice is hereby given that Maiden Lane Educare, an Ohio nonprofit corporation, 1201 Maiden Lane, Springfield, OH 45504, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs by virtue of a resolution of its voting members, and that a Certificate of Dissolution was filed with the Ohio Secretary of State on March 25, 2026.
