LEGAL PUBLIC NOTICE OF INDUSTRIAL USERS IN SIGNIFICANT NON- COMPLIANCE Pursuant to: [40 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Part 403, Section 403.8 (f) (2) (viii] listed below are the industrial users discharging wastewater to the City of WoosterSanitary Sewer System determined to be in SNC (Significant Non-Compliance) during the pretreatment year December 1, 2024 - November 30, 2025 of one or more of the USEPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency) criteria set forth in 40 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Part 403, Section 403.8 (f) (2) (viii) (A) thru (H) of The General Pretreatment Regulations. INDUSTRY: Quala Industrial Services, LLC ? EnviroClean 515 Industrial Blvd., Wooster, OH 44691 VIOLATIONS: Twelve monthly violations on the average Zinc limit of 0.641 mg/L.
