NOTICE OF THE FILING OF ACCOUNTS THE STATE OF OHIO, CLARK COUNTY, SS: IN THE PROBATE COURT Accounts and Vouchers of the following named persons and estates have been filed in the Probate Court of Clark County, Ohio for approval and settlement, and have been suspended for settlement. Executor(s) of the following deceased person(s), to-wit: Nolan W. McDonald Jacob Franklin Goble Danny Roger Tipton aka Danny R. Tipton James William McCann aka James W. McCann aka James McCann Administrator(s) of the following deceased person(s), to-wit: John Herbert Violet aka John H. Violet aka John Violet Annie Pearl Yates Guardian(s) of the following person(s), to-wit: Jude Lockwood Trustee(s) of the following person(s), to-wit: Dolores A. Sweeney, Benef. Unless exceptions are filed thereto, said accounts will be for hearing before said Court on the 4th day of June 2026 at which time said accounts will be considered and continued from day to day until finally disposed of.
