Hammond aka Vicki Hammond, 1301 Chippewa Ave., Akron, OH 44305, Plaintiff, vs Carl Hammond, Individually, et al., Defendants. Chey Paul Hammond aka Hanif Ansari whose last known address is 2765 Loch Raven Blvd., Copley, OH 44321 but whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on January 22, 2026, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Authority to Sell Real Estate in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2026 CV 00005, requesting that Plaintiff be authorized and ordered to sell the properties located at 1301 Chippewa Ave. and V/L Chippewa Ave., Akron, OH 44305 according to law, to employ and pay a real estate broker if needed in the sale of said property and for all other relief this court deems proper.
