Johnson, Nicholas Melhinch, and Gilberto Prado Defendants, Case No. 20251138 A To: Gilberto Prado. Briana L.N. Johnson, Special Administrator of the Estate of Tammy L. Prado has filed a Complaint in the Ashland County Probate Court seeking to determine the heirship of the said Tammy L. Prado under R.C. 2123. Gilberto Prado is a named defendant in such matter and is required to serve upon Plaintiff's Attorney a copy of his Answer within twenty eight days after the last date of publication of this notice. This notice will be published once a week for six consecutive weeks. Any answer must be filed with the Court within three days of service upon Plaintiff's Attorney.
