IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS GUERNSEY COUNTY, OHIO PROBATE DIVISION IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF: LILLY LEE-BURT CASE NO. 25PA055615 LEGAL NOTICE To: Zachery Ryan Lee, the natural father of Lilly Jena Lee, and Breanna Jena Beebe, the natural mother of Lilly Jena Lee, whose usual place of residence is unknown and cannot, with reasonable diligence, be ascertained: You are hereby notified that a Petition for the Adoption of your daughter, Lilly Jena Lee, was filed on August 6, 2025, in the Probate Court of Guernsey County, Ohio. You are further notified that the Consent Hearing on this Petition for Adoption is fixed for the 18th day Of June 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Guernsey County Probate Court, Guernsey County Courthouse, Cambridge, Ohio. Your appearance at the final hearing is absolutely necessary to hear any objection to the Petition for Adoption and/or to challenge the Petitioner's claim that you have failed, without justifiable cause to communicate with your daughter and/or that you have failed, without justifiable cause to provide for her maintenance and support as required by law or judicial decree or a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the Petition for Adoption.
