COURT OF COMMON PLEAS PROBATE DIVISION WARREN COUNTY, OHIO AN APPLICATION FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION WITH RESPECT TO THE ESTATE OF JANICE A. STEMPIEN WAS FILED ON OR ABOUT February 26, 2026. Service by publication is hereby given to those persons listed below whose last known address is indicated that: 1. You are hereby notified that the decedent died on May 12, 2023, and that the Final Account was admitted to Probate by the Warren County Probate Court on November 25, 2025. 2. The Final Account was filed and has been set for hearing on March 24, 2026 at 9:00 A.M.; the person notified is required to examine the account, inquire into the contents of the account and all matters that may come before the court at the hearing on the account, exceptions to which must be filed in writing at least five (5) days prior to the hearing. Upon failure to file objections, the account may be approved without further notice. 3.
