LEGAL AD - PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF AURORA The City of Aurora, Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Aurora City Hall, 130 South Chillicothe Road, Aurora, Ohio. 1) A variance is being requested from Section 1155.06(e)(2) for the property located at 1180 Bryce Ave. to allow an accessory structure with a height of 18.5 feet, where the code states 15 feet is the maximum allowed. 2) A second variance is being requested from Section Table 1153.05(b)(2) for the property at 1180 Bryce Ave. to allow a 750 square foot accessory structure, where the code states 576 square feet is the maximum allowed in a R-5 residential district. 3) A third variance is being requested from Section Table 1163.02(j)(3) for the property at 1180 Bryce Ave. to allow a zero (0) side yard setback for concrete, where the code states that three (3) feet is required. 4) A variance is being requested from Section 1155.06(e)(2) for the property at 705 Cedar Bark Dr. to allow an accessory structure with a height of 24 feet, where the code states 15 feet is the maximum allowed.
