Public Notice of Variance Application and Hearing Jefferson Water and Sewer District The Jefferson Water and Sewer District (the “District”) received a new construction variance application from Chad Buckley on behalf of EP Ferris & Associates. The new construction variance application was filed with the District on February 24, 2026 pursuant to Section 433.02(A) of the District Code of Regulations (the “Code”). In accordance with Section 433.02(B) of the Code, the variance application has been set for hearing before the District Planning Committee at 2:00 pm on April 2, 2026 at the District offices located at 6455 Taylor Road, Blacklick, Ohio 43004. At the hearing, said Committee shall review the variance application and applicant shall be entitled to offer any testimony or materials in support of the variance application. The District is providing notice of the pendency of the variance application and hearing by publication once in a newspaper of general circulation within the District at least 30 days prior to the hearing date of April 2, 2026. A copy of the variance application with related plans is on file at the office of the District, address as provided above. 12127739
