LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A public hearing will be held by Bucyrus City Council on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 500 S. Sandusky Ave. The Bucyrus City Council's Platting Committee is considering the following items: The Proposed zoning reclassification of 211 Hopley Avenue f(Parcel numbers 8-0015118.000, 8-0015119.000) from designation Urban Residential “R3”, to Downtown Business District, “DB”, the Proposed zoning classification of BCO 1175 entitled Downtown Business, 1175.03, to allow for fueling stations and/or convenience stores to be considered Conditional uses, the Proposed zoning reclassification of 1428 South Sandusky (Parcel numbers 8-0016636.000, 8-0016637.000, 8-0016638.000) from designation Limited Industrial/Commercial, “LIC”, to Suburban Residential “R1”, the Proposed zoning reclassification of 1518 South Sandusky (Parcel numbers 8-0015746.000, 8-0017244.000, 8-0019017.000) from designation Limited Industrial/Commercial, “LIC”, to Suburban Residential “R1”, and 1482 South Sandusky (Parcel numbers 8-0019015.000, 8-0019016.000, 8-0019017.000) from designation Limited Industrial/Commercial, “LIC”, to Suburban Residential “R1”.
