Pursuant to Section 3307.353 of the Revised Code, notice is hereby given by the Board of Education of the Mahoning County Career & Technical Center (MCCTC), Mahoning County, Ohio that: * The MCCTC Superintendent is or will be retired and is seeking to be employed as a reemployed retiree in the same position from which he is or will be retired. * This public notice of such proposed reemployment is given on or before March 18, 2026, a date that is no less than sixty days before the Board will act on such reemployment. * The Board has scheduled to act on such proposed reemployment at its regular meeting of May 18, 2026. * Prior to acting on such reemployment the Board will hold a public meeting on the issue of the retiree being employed by the Board. * Such public meeting will be held on April 20, 2026, a date that is between fifteen and thirty days before the date on which the Board will act on such reemployment. * Such public meeting on April 20, 2026, will be held at 4:30 p.m. in the Joyce Brooks Conference Center at MCCTC, 7300 North Palmyra Road, Canfield, Ohio 44406. #068-1T-March 9, 2026-#1234
