CEMETERY ROAD, THE CATAWBA ISLAND TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING IN REGARDS TO AN AREA VARIANCE BEING REQUESTED BY R&R BOLTING & TIE ROD MTCE (SEAN REILLY) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4835 E. JOHNSON AVENUE, ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 52 OF HARBOR PARK MARINA INC. SUBDIVISION PLAT 3. THE PROPERTY IS ZONED “R-4” RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. THE APPLICANT PROPOSES TO REMOVE THE EXISTING MOBILE HOME AND REPLACE IT WITH A 26.8' X 60' MANUFACTURED HOME. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTING AN AREA VARIANCE TO REDUCE THE SETBACK OFF OF JOHNSON AVENUE FROM THIRTY-FIVE FEET (35') TO FIFTEEN FEET (15').
