NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Centerville Planning Commission Case P-2026-0014 NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Centerville Planning Commission shall hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 100 West Spring Valley Road, Centerville, Ohio. The Public Hearing concerns an application submitted by Rebecca Smith, IPE Estate Solutions LLC, requesting the rezoning of 0.79 acres at 6020 Bigger Road from Office Service (O-S) to Residential Planned Development (R-PD).
