NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (the "Issuer") at 11:00 a.m. on March 11, 2026 at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency via teleconference. Pursuant to Revenue Procedure 2020-21, the public hearing may be accessed by dialing the Toll-free Number: (866) 306-1693, Access Code 484858891#. The hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance by the Issuer of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, Series 2026 (Green Oaks of Walnut Creek Project) (the "Bonds"), in one or more series pursuant to a common plan of finance, in the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $39,000,000, the proceeds of the sale thereof to be loaned to Green Oaks of Walnut Creek LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (the "Borrower") for the purpose of financing the costs of acquisition, construction and equipping of all or a portion of a 120-unit residential rental assisted living housing facility for individuals of low to moderate income to be known as Green Oaks of Walnut Creek located at 4000 and 4022 Westerville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43224 (the "Project"), funding capitalized interest during construction, funding required reserves and paying certain costs of issuance. The Bonds will be issued pursuant to the provisions of Article VIII, Section 16 of the Ohio Constitution and Section 175 of the Ohio Revised Code (the "Act"). The initial legal owner or principal user of the Project is expected to be the Borrower. THE BONDS WILL BE SPECIAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE ISSUER AND WILL NOT CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF THE FAITH AND CREDIT OR THE TAXING POWER OF THE ISSUER OR THE COUNTY, THE STATE OF OHIO OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF OHIO. Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing telephonically and will be given an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed issuance of the Bonds and the financing of the Project.
