Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (the "Issuer") on May 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., via teleconference. The public hearing may be accessed bydialing the Toll-free Number 1-(866)-306-1693, Access Code 484 858 891#. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds (the "Bonds") pursuant to a common plan of finance, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $15,000,000, by the Issuer, pursuant to Article VIII, Section 16 of the Ohio Constitution and Chapter 175 of the Ohio Revised Code. If the Bonds are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to Westerville Rise LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (the "Borrower"), to assist in paying costs of acquiring, constructing, equipping and improving property located at 3337 Westerville Road, Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, that, upon completion, will include 52 apartment units and functionally related and subordinate facilities, for rental to low and moderate income families (the "Project"), and all of which units will be set aside for residents whose incomes meet the requirements of Section 142(d) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the "Code"). The Bonds will be issued as exempt facility bonds for qualified residential rental projects under Section 142(a)(7) of the Code. The initial legal owner or principal user of the Project is expected to be the Borrower. THE BONDS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF FAITH AND CREDIT OR ANY TAXING POWER OF THE ISSUER, THE STATE OF OHIO OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF OHIO. Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing telephonically and will be given an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed issuance of the Bonds and the financing of the Project.
