Notice of Election on Tax Levy in Excess of the Ten Mill Limitation R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Concord Township Trustees of Concord Township, Champaign County, Ohio, passed on the 12th day of January, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2026, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, which shall be an additional tax for the benefit of Concord Township for the purpose of providing fire protection and ambulance service for Concord Township at a rate not exceeding 1 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $35 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years. The estimated annual collections of this levy is $66,100. The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.
