LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Coolville, Ohio Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. will meet April 25, 2026 at the firehouse, located at 2770 6th Street, Coolville, Ohio 45723 at 7:00 PM, in a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147 (f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the Lessee enter into a Lease-purchase agreement with Republic First National Corp. under the “Code” in order to finance the acquisition of equipment. The equipment to be financed consists of One (1) Sutphen Heavy Monarch Custom Pumper (the “Equipment”) and will be located at the firehouse in Coolville, Ohio 45723. To finance the costs of such Equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Lessee proposes to enter into the Lease-purchase agreement with Republic First National Corp. in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $713,727.00.
