Notice of Election on Tax Levy in Excess of the Ten Mill Limitation Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Coventry Township, Ohio, passed on the 22nd day of January, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary/Special Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2026 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, which shall be a renewal of a tax of 0.95 mill for the benefit of Coventry Township for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding 0.95 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $23 for each $100,000 of the county fiscal officer's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027. The estimated annual collections of this levy is $275,521. The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day.
