LOCAL OPTION ELECTION Particular Location – Sunday Sales (Question 2) Deerfield Township A NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW, THERE WILL BE SUBMITTED TO A VOTE OF THE ELECTORS OF DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP A, PORTAGE COUNTY, OHIO AT THE REGULAR PLACES OF VOTING OR AT SUCH PLACES AS THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS MAY DESIGNATE, ON TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2026 THE FOLLOWING QUESTION: Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by MJEJ Enterprises LLC, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of a drive-thru carry out at 1594 State Route 14, Deerfield, OH 44411 in this precinct?
