NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Etna Township Zoning Commission Etna, Ohio The Etna Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio. Notice by publication is provided by Ted Walker, Etna Township Zoning Inspector. This is a proposed amendment to the Etna Township Zoning Resolution. The Etna Township Board of Trustees initiated the amendment through adoption of Resolution 2026-017 at its March 3, 2026 meeting. The proposed amendment includes text changes to Article 9, Section 907 (General Business Districts ? GB-1, GB-2, GB-3) and Article 2 (Definitions). Pursuant to Section 610, the Zoning Commission will review the proposed amendment and provide a recommendation to the Board of Township Trustees. The proposed amendment will be available for examination for a period of at least ten (10) days prior to the public hearing at the following location: The Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday by appointment. If a meeting needs to be cancelled it will be decided at least two hours prior to the meeting and notification being placed on the township website, and radio station WCLT 100.3FM will also be notified.
