Notice of Election on Proposition Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Education of Fairfield City School District of Fairfield, Ohio, passed on the 27th day of January, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of Fairfield City School District at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2026 the question of: Shall an annual income tax of 1.25 % on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by the Fairfield City School District, for a continuing period of time, beginning January 1, 2027, for the purpose of current expenses?
