Notice of Public Hearing The Adams Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7:00 PM for the following cases: Case#: BZA-Adams-03-2026: A Conditional Use Request by Seth Garber to split off an existing farm dwelling with +/- 12 acres from a 78.817 acre farm, which is less than the 20 acre minimum, per Zoning Resolution Section 302.04 (F) and Article 5 Section 505. The subject property is located at 7886 Spidel Road in Adams Township, Parcel ID A02-0-310-35-00-00-10200 and is zoned A-1 Agriculture. Case#: BZA-Adams-04-2026: A Variance request by Michael Swiger and Amariah Wetzel from Zoning Resolution Section 502.02 in order to construct a detached accessory structure within a required front yard. The subject property is located at 6006 Arcanum-Bears Mill Road in Adams Township, Parcel ID A02-0-310-33-00-00-32100 and is zoned A-1 Agriculture.
