Public hearing for wireless telecommunication tower variance requests on April 14, 2026.

Notice of Public Hearing  The Neave Township Board of Zoning Appeals  will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April  14th, 2026. The hearing will be held in the  township house located at 3880 St. Rt. 121 S,  Greenville. The hearing will start at or as near  as possible to 6:30 PM. The Board of Zoning  Appeals will hear the following cases:  BZA-Neave-04-2026: A Variance request by  GDB Holdings, LLC from Zoning Resolution  Section 5.04 (F)(5)(d)(v)(A) in order to construct  a wireless telecommunication tower with a  setback of 0 feet from the south property line  which is less than the requirement of 50 plus  the height of the tower; A Variance request from  Zoning Resolution Section 5.04 (F)(5)(d)(vi) in  order to construct a wireless telecommunications tower that is of lattice-type design which is  prohibited by this section; A Variance request  from 5.04 (F)(5)(d)(xi) in order to construct a  wireless telecommunications tower without the  required 15 feet landscape buffering around the  fencing surrounding the base; A Variance request from Zoning Resolution Section 5.04 (F)  (5)(d)(xiv) to not artificially light the proposed  wireless telecommunications tower. The subject  property is located at 4938 ST RT 49 in Neave  Township, Parcel ID L44-0-211-13-00-00-40101  and is zoned B-1Township Business District.
