Notice of Election on Tax Levy in Excess of the Ten Mill Limitation R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Education of South-Western City School District of Grove City, Ohio, passed on the 29th day of January, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary/Special Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2026, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, which shall be an additional tax for the benefit of Southwest Public Libraries for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $35 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 10 years. The estimated annual collections of this levy is $5,062,399. The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.
