PUBLIC NOTICE
The Marlboro Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 7:00 pm at Marlboro Township Hall located at 7344 Edison St., Hartville, Ohio.
The Commission will hear a request from owner James Ringer to rezone Parcel # 3104195 on Ravenna Ave. from R-1 Low Density Residential to B-2 Commercial Business. The Commission will make a recommendation.
The Marlboro Township Board of Trustees will then hear this request and make a decision on March 16,2026 during the regularly scheduled Trustee meeting beginning at 7:00 pm also located at the Town Hall.
The application is on file at the Township office for public review prior to this hearing. For an appointment please call this office in advance at 330-935-2830.
