PUBLIC NOTICE PROPOSED ROADWAY VACATIONS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners has set March 25, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. as the date and time for a public hearing, as required by O.R.C Section 5553.05, on a petition filed by the Jackson Township Board of Trustees requesting the vacation of St. Mark's Dr. NW, 0.083 Acres as dedicated in Biltmore Estates and recorded in Instrument No. 200306260060459 of the Stark County records of Plats and being located in the S.E. Quarter, Section 4, Township 11 (Jackson) R-9 Stark County, Ohio and following in successive order with other road vacation hearings that may be scheduled. The complete descriptions and maps of said roadways may be viewed at the Commissioner's Office. BY ORDER OF THE STARK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Published in The Repository on March 8 and March 15, 2026.
