LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Jacksonville Village, Ohio, passed on the 28th day of January, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2026 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Jacksonville Village for the purpose of current operating expenses that the county auditor estimates will collect $11,000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 3.2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $87 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
