PUBLIC NOTICEThe Lakota Local School District Board of Education hereby gives public notice inaccordance with Section 3307.353 of the Ohio Revised Code that Mr. Rod Smith, who is currently employed by the Board of Education as Middle School Principal, will be retired, and seeking re-employment with the Lakota Local School District Board of Education in the same position following his service retirement.The Lakota Local School District Board of Education hereby gives public notice inaccordance with Section 3307.353 of the Ohio Revised Code that Mrs. Cam Moroschan, who is currently employed by the Board of Education as Asst.Treasurer/Payroll, will be retired, and seeking re-employment with the Lakota Local School District Board of Education in the same position following her service retirement.The Board of Education will hold a public meeting on the issue of re-employing Mr. Rod Smith and Mrs. Cam Moroschan at a meeting to be held on April 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Lakota Local Schools Staff Dining Room, located at 5200 County Road 13, Kansas, Ohio.Published:February 26, 2026
