KENT CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE KENT CITY PLANNING COMMISSION WILL CONDUCT A REVIEW AT ITS REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING ON TUESDAY, MAY 19, 2026, 7:00 PM, IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT KENT CITY HALL, 319 SOUTH WATER STREET, KENT, OHIO. THE FOLLOWING CASE WILL BE DISCUSSED: APPLICANT: THE DAVEY TREE EXPERT COMPANY REQUEST: THE APPLICANT IS SEEKING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY AT 6700 STATE ROUTE 43. THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE R-T-O: RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY AND OFFICE ZONING DISTRICT. COPIES OF THE PROPOSED PLANS ARE MAINTAINED ON FILE IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT AND MAY BE REVIEWED BY INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
