City of Loveland, Ohio Notice of Public Hearing Loveland City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at or about 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at Loveland City Hall, 120 W. Loveland Ave., Loveland, Ohio 45140. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the proposed issuance of a license to Wilderness Capital LTD. for the use of a portion of the city right-of-way (ROW) along S. Karl Brown Way adjacent to 125 S. Karl Brown Way, parcel ID number 200605A002B, as designated by the Clermont County Auditor. The license will allow for the installation of a directional entrance sign into the Landing Event Center located at 119 S. Karl Brown Way. Interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to the proposed subject matter. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Misty Brents, Clerk of Council, 120 W. Loveland Avenue, Loveland, OH 45140 or emailed to mbrents@lovelandoh.gov.
