Richland County Hazard Mitigation Plan Update Public Review Meetings Richland County EMA is currently in the process of updating the Hazard Mitigation Plan for the county. The new plan will be available for public review starting May 4th through May 17th on the EMA County webpage at www.richlandcountyoh.gov/departments/emergencymanagement. Hard copies will be available for viewing at the EMA Office (call 419-774-5686 or email ema@richlandcountyoh.gov to schedule a time).
