NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING FOR PROPOSED MAJOR UTILITY FACILITY Fairfield Energy Center, LLC will be holding a public informational meeting regarding its plans to construct a 1,300 megawatt (MW) electric generating facility fueled by natural gas that will include up to approximately 1,000 MW of battery energy storage. The proposed electric generating facility will be located on private land in the Village of Millersport, Fairfield County, Ohio on a site that will be approximately 100 acres in size. During construction, the project may additionally utilize land along State Route 37 (Lancaster-Newark Road NE) south of State Route 204 (Blacklick-Eastern Rd NE) for temporary work space. Construction of the proposed project is anticipated to commence as early as late 2026 and be fully operational in 2029. The project is being developed to provide power directly to a proposed data center to be located adjacent to the project. The proposed location of the new electr
