LEGAL NOTICE IN THE PERRY COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS NEW LEXINGTON, OHIO IN THE MATTER OF: SOUTHERN PERRY COUNTY WATER DISTRICT (SPCWD) Petitioner. CASE NO. 15259 JUDGE BOYER LEGAL NOTICE The Southern Perry County Water District (SPCWD) Board of Trustees has asked the Court to authorize the following amendment to its existing Petition and Plan of Operations: To increase remuneration for the Board members, for attendance at each Board meeting, from $200 to $300.0 for the remainder of 2026; to $400 for each meeting attended, beg. January, 2027; and up to $500 for each such meeting beg. January, 2028. Authorization for Payment for Committee meetings @ $100, is also requested (there are usually only 1-2 such meetings per year.) Board members must attend such meeting(s), pursuant to Dist. Policy, to be paid.
