NOTICE OF ELECTIONTAX LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE TEN MILL LIMITATIONR.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Boardof Trustees of the Township of Perry, Ohio, passed on the 28th day ofJanuary, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at thePrimary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday,the 5th day of May, 2026 the question of levying a tax, in excess of theten mill limitation, which shall be for a renewal of a tax of 1 mill for thebenefit of Perry Township for the purpose of Fire Protection at a rate notexceeding 1 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $10.00for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years.
